In this hilarious Funny or Die video, the 12-year-old Modern Family star gets child star therapy from Kiernan, where he asks, “Why can’t I be on Mad Men?” and shares his obsessive need to make comments on the side to a camera that isn’t there.

Kiernan also counsels other former child stars Danielle Fishel from Boy Meets World and baby Hope from Raising Hope.
