Julianne Hough leaves the gym after her regular workout on Wednesday (October 19) in Studio City, Calif.

The night before the 23-year-old dropped by Conan and chatted with the host about the definition of “granola hot,” her boyfriend Ryan Seacrest‘s unique diet, and getting spray tanned for Dancing With The Stars.

Julianne shared, “[For DWTS] we used to get sprayed and I would go to sleep and the next morning it would look like a crime scene in my bed, there would be brown crap everywhere, it was terrible.”

“I think this is the first time I’m actually a normal color,” Julianne also added.
