Meet The 'Austin & Ally' Cast -- Premieres December 4th!
Meet the cast of Austin & Ally — Ross Lynch, Laura Marano, Calum Worthy and Raini Rodriguez!
In the premiere episode, Austin (Lynch) is eager to release another music video, so he puts the pressure on Ally (Marano) to quickly finish the lyrics.
However, in her haste to complete the song, she scribbles down the lyrics in illegible handwriting, prompting Dez (Worthy) and Trish (Rodriguez) – who are collecting props for the music video – to gather some strange items which they think correspond to Ally’s lyrics.
When the odd collection of musical props and items begins arriving, they piece together the handwriting debacle and quickly work together to resolve the mix-up.

I’ve noticed Disney has been going with a “chunky sidekick” for their shows. Wizards of Waverly Place, Good Luck Charlie, and now Austin & Ally. It’s like they hire these girls to make the star look good.
@Jason: what? jenniffer stone is NOT chunky
Ross <3 So proud of him!!
entertainment like this is why the rest of the world makes fun of US television.
@Jason: Haha, Jennifer Stone definitely isn’t one of those chunky girls.
Jennifer Stone is full-figured when you put her next to Selena Gomez. Jennifer is definitely no leading lady – and I’m actually a Jennifer Stone fan. Look at her role in Mean Girls 2. She was definitely supposed to be the unattractive outcast. That’s what she plays on Wizards, too. That’s why they hired her… she’s a good actress that can do physical comedy, and she doesn’t out-shine Selena Gomez. I’m fairly certain that’s why this Raini Rodriguez got cast in Austin & Ally. There’s no worry about HER overshadowing Laura Marano!
i love you austin ally
