Justin Bieber catches up with Hayden Panettiere on the pink carpet at the 2011 MTV Europe Music Awards held at the Odyssey Arena on Sunday (November 6) in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
The 17-year-old musician was honored earlier over the weekend at the MTV Voices Dinner.

The 2011 MTV EMAs will premiere TONIGHT, Sunday, November 6th at 9PM CET from Belfast.

it’s crazy how much he’s looking more like paul wesley (stefan salvatore) with that hairstyle :)) but still looking pretty cute! :D
His hair is just getting worse! :/ maybe that’s why Hayden looks like she’s trying to lean as far as possible away from him.
