Jake T. Austin gets tough in this new shot from the latest issue of Paper Magazine.

The 16-year-old actor chatted up the glossy about his upcoming roles in New Year’s Eve and Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn.

“His name is Seth and he has an adventure over the course of the night with Abigail Breslin‘s character. Sarah Jessica Parker plays Abigail‘s mom so she’s a part of our storyline as well,” he shared of his role in New Year’s Eve.

Jake, who was recently announced as KIIS FM’S Jingle Ball pre-show host, is also pictured at the premiere of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 in New York City earlier this week.

He also stopped by Serendipity 3 to celebrate sister Ava‘s birthday with family.
