Leighton Meester dolls up in a cute Balmain dress as she arrives at the Gossip Girl 100th episode celebration held at Cipriani Wall Street on Saturday night (November 19) in New York City.

The 25-year-old actress, who completed her look with strappy Jimmy Choo sandals, chatted with TVGuide on the carpet about all the relationships Blair has had.

Leighton said of the Blair-and-Chuck relationship, “Her and Chuck [Ed Westwick] have had ups and downs and as much as everyone loves them together, I think them having time apart has actually helped them grow.”

Executive producer Stephanie Savage added, “We have some amazing Chuck-and-Blair scenes coming up in the next couple of episodes.. The Chuck-and-Blair relationship is really fun and something that wasn’t in the books, but came out of Leighton and Ed‘s chemistry.”
