Lauren Conrad keeps her head down as leaves the Kate Somerville Spa on Friday evening (November 18) in West Hollywood, Calif.

Earlier in the week, the 25-year-old designer/author stepped out at CUSP, a series of boutiques owned by parent company Neiman Marcus, in Century City to promote her 2011 Holiday collection of Paper Crown.

“There’s something really cool about watching a piece develop and going through fittings and picking the exact fabric and going to the factories. It’s a little more work and a little more stressful, but it’s rewarding at the end. Plus, it was a very fun thing to do with one of my best friends,” Lauren shared (via Neon Tommy).

Lauren will also be participating in this year’s Warm Coats & Warm Hearts Coat Drive.
