OlderHot Chelle Rae: Best New Artist Winners at AMAs 2011!
Hot Chelle Rae show off their trophy in the press room at the 2011 American Music Awards held at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles on Sunday night (November 20).
The band was up against Miguel, Wiz Khalifa, The Band Perry, Marsha Ambrosius, Foster The People, LMFAO and Thompson Square for the honor, which was presented by Joe Jonas.
Lead vocalist Ryan Follese joked on the carpet with THR, prior to their win, on what he would do with the trophy: “I might have to give it to my parents as a Christmas present. It’s definitely the biggest accomplishment for us as a band and it shows our hard work is paying off.”

I LOVE HOT CHELLE RAE!!! they deserve to win that award i remember when i first saw them last year i fell in love with them and a lot has happen in a year so proud of these guys cant wait to see them again next year .. keep the up with the good work guys .. can not wait for the 2nd album
