“Momma [Mandy] and [step-father] Brian are finally letting me share the news,” the 19-year-old teen sensation tweeted. “My mommy’s carrying my baby brother or sister :) I’m the happiest girl in the world!”

ok i’ve got to say that I’ve never been a huge fan of her. you could even say that i don’t like her… BUT, i’ve always been waiting for this moment.
