Adrienne Bailon talks about the importance of focusing on strength to Positively Positive in the clip below.

The 28-year-old actress and singer shared how difficult it was for her as a child to stay quiet and behave.

“I think it’s so important to never break a child’s spirit especially as a parent. Focus on the positive.” Adrienne said.

She added, “Everybody has something great about them. Everyone has a strength and we have a lot of weaknesses as well. My strength was in storytelling and now I’m an actress.”
