Zac Efron: 'Very Grateful' For High School Musical

Zac Efron arrives back at LAX Airport in Los Angeles on Thursday afternoon (December 1).

The 24-year-old actor made appearances across the pond to promote his upcoming flick, New Year’s Eve. He told the hosts of Daybreak that he’s thankful for his times in High School Musical.

“It’s lovely to reflect. I’m very, very grateful for those days �” they are some of my fondest memories and I’m still very close with all my friends so we get a good laugh every time we see it come on TV or anything like that. It was fun, it was about celebrating life…it was a really uplifting time in our lives,” Zac shared.

New Year’s Eve hits theaters on December 9th.
