Meanwhile, Ed (Hector Elizondo) hires Mandy (Molly Ephraim) as an undercover elf to keep an eye out for shoplifters.

Lol what the hell…he looks like a baby himself. not buying him as a dad. Terrible casting. Not gonna watch this episode just to boycott dumb decisions…plus I don’t like nick after he wwas rude to my little cousin. Jerk. Maybe they casted him cause they knew he could fit “deadbeat” really well.

i dis agree with you. he looks what any run away teenage dads look like. trust me it’s not the manly looking teens that tend to get pregnant at a young age. the kid looks like him and tim allen chose him. i think they picked the kid so they could use a jonas brother. plus he just left the family it’s not like does not have a job. he just ran way.
