Julianne Hough takes a call from a friend on her cell phone as she finishes up a quick shopping trip to Urban Outfitters in Los Angeles on Wednesday afternoon (November 30).

The 23-year-old actress/singer was spotted out earlier that week with her sister and mom at Bristol Farms.

Julianne and beau Ryan Seacrest recently had a night out with her family at Casa Vega in Sherman Oaks, Calif. According to a source (via People), the couple enjoyed the meals with drinks and were “very polite and courteous” to the restaurant staff.
