Dakota Fanning takes over as gondolier for a bit as she continues to film scenes for Effie in Venice, Italy on Tuesday morning (December 6).

The 17-year-old actress got a lesson in the voga alla veneziana rowing style as she rowed some cast members around the canal.

Dakota recently shared of the film, “I think actually in films I’ve done more adult things in other ones than I have in this one. But this is my first time being a wife and all of that, which is actually kind of exciting and very fun.”
