Leighton Meester bundles up in a cute green coat as she films new scenes for Gossip Girl in Manhattan, New York City on Wednesday afternoon (December 14).

The 25-year-old actress, who worked alongside BFF Blake Lively, was also seen the day before with a bright red bow in her hair.

Looks like Leighton can rest easy for the upcoming holidays — her mom, Constance, recently dropped her lawsuit, in which she claimed $3 million in damages and alleged she had “sacrificed her happiness” to support her daughter’s acting career.

THR reports that Leighton will now be able to “obtain a default judgement that states her mother is not her manager and not due any support payments.”
