Il Volo snaps a pic with Jay Leno backstage at The Tonight Show studios in Burbank, Calif., on Thursday night (December 22).

The guys — Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto, and Gianluca Ginoble — hit up the talk show to perform one of their songs off of their holiday EP.
