Keke Palmer bundles up in a black jacket during an on-set soundbite interview from Joyful Noise.

The 18-year-old actress/singer stars as Olivia Hill in the film, out in theaters on January 13th.

“I love what this movie is sending in the message,” Keke shares in the video below. “Togetherness, family film, you can see it with any age however young you are, you’ll love it.”

Joyful Noise follows two choir members (Dolly Parton, Queen Latifah) who have differing opinions on how to win the national choir competition.
