Colton Haynes grabs a hold of his future Oscar in this new shot from the latest issue of VMan mag, out on February 14th.

The 23-year-old actor opens up to the glossy about respect among young actors in the business.

Colton shared, “I have a lot of respect for my fellow young actors. It takes a lot to push forward after being told no a million times, and that is what we all have to go through. So those who push through deserve respect. There are so many talented young actors in the industry and I’m just happy to have a job!”
