Josh Hutcherson stops by Jimmy Kimmel Live for a chat about his new movie, Journey 2, and more in Hollywood on Wednesday night (February 8).

The 19-year-old actor dished to Jimmy that now that he’s living on his own in Los Angeles, he really misses his mom.

“I miss her in a lot of ways,” Josh shared. “In one of the bigger ways is my laundry. It doesn’t get done. Honestly, I have a giant pile of clothes in my room and I hope that she comes out often enough to clean it. That’s how I get by.”

When asked how often his mom comes back to Los Angeles, Josh said, “Thankfully, about once a month.”
