Children's Hospital Boston Gets A Big Time Rush

The guys — Kendall, James, Carlos and Logan — spent time with several patients at the facility before their concert at the Agganis Arena.
BTR signed pics and CDs for the children and even sang a little for Alina who Skyped in her sisters and cousins from Honduras.
