Robbie Amell Joins 'Like Father'

Robbie Amell has been cast in Like Father!

The 23-year-old actor has landed the role of Will Lyons in the new FOX pilot, opposite Colin Ferguson.

The show, from Bill Lawrence, revolves around college student Will Lyons (Amell), who is coping with the recent death of his mother.

Concerned over Will’s emotional reticence, Will’s father Van Lyons (Ferguson), nicknamed “The Hurricane” for his bombastic personality, moves into his son’s campus apartment.

“WE’RE CAST BOYS AND GIRLS!!!! Welcome @RobbieAmell to our WICKED cast!!!! We shoot in 17 days… the countdown begins!” Colin tweeted in excitement.
