Demi Lovato: 'I Thought The Doctors Were Evil'

Demi Lovato keeps it cool as she leaves her hotel in New York City on Wednesday afternoon (March 7).

The 19-year-old actress has been in the city, making her rounds promoting her MTV Special, Stay Strong — which premiered on Tuesday night.

“I hated this place [treatment center,] Demi shared in the special. “I literally thought that the doctors here were evil. I didn’t really realize that I was sick.”

Demi added, “I thought that when I was in there, that was the end of my life. These are rooms with really heavy problems in it, but also rooms with miracles in it.”
