Emma Roberts dresses up for a night out on Thursday night (March 8) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 21-year-old actress met up with a mystery guy at BOA Steakhouse for dinner.

Emma just returned from Syracuse, New York where she was filming Adult World. She was spotted heading to Byron & Tracey salon for a touch up earlier this week.

Adult World, also starring John Cusack and Shannon Woodward, is due out later this year.
