In this pic provided exclusively to JJJ, the guys – Louis, Liam, Zayn, Niall, and Harry – pose with the mascot of The Elephant Project, an organization to raise money and awareness for the Alzheimer’s Association.

Each of the boys signed an Elephant Project tag, which will soon be auctioned off along with the picture and the beanies to raise money to fight Alzheimer’s disease.
