Lily Collins dons a colorful dress as she poses for pics atop the Empire State Building’s 86th floor observatory and 103rd floor parapet on Tuesday afternoon (March 27).

Earlier in the day, Lily was spotted arriving at LaGuardia Airport in New York City and heading straight towards the NBC Studios where she taped her appearances on New York Live! and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.

“I think she’s deeply misunderstood,” Lily recently dished to MTV about the Queen in her upcoming movie, Mirror Mirror.

Lily added, “And I think she is correct in her ambition and drive and desire and focus to annihilate Snow White. And I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that.”
