Older'Sabrina The Teenage Witch': Live Action Superhero Movie?
Get ready for a blast from your past – Sabrina The Teenage Witch will hit the big screen in a live action superhero flick!
The precocious teen witch from the 1960s comics, who was famously played by Melissa Joan Hart in the 90s sitcom, will be recast as a superhero, according to Deadline.
The film will be “an origin story in the vein of Spider-Man, about a young girl coming to terms with her remarkable powers.”
Everyone’s favorite talking cat Salem will be back for the film, who here is “a transformed prince creating unique love stories for Sabrina.”
Sony Pictures is helming the film with Andrew Barrer and Gabriel Ferrari, who wrote the upcoming flick Die in a Gunfight, writing the script.

NO NO NO AND NO. Can studios not leave things alone. Are they running out of ideas. Why do they feel the need to re-make everything that ever was a success? Leave things alone. Not everything needs to be remade.

Regardless of who everybody wants to play Sabrina, the big studio will just pick somebody boring like Elle Fanning or Chloe Moretz anyway. They cast names, not talent, nowadays.
Although I don’t think they should remake it. I’d choose Selena Gomez, doesn’t matter if she isn’t blond :P
Why the hell is Salem the Love interest, what about Harvey he was good as Sabrina love interest.
Umm, obviously Melissa Joan Hart is our only Sabrina.
I don’t think it matters what WE think, because clearly the studios aren’t listening to us anyway.
