Vanessa Marano and Katie Leclerc hit the red carpet at the ABC Family West Coast Upfronts party held at The Sayers Club on Tuesday night (May 1) in Hollywood.

The Switched at Birth starlets joked around with each other on the carpet, playfully choking each other before greeting on-screen mom Lea Thompson.
