'Bunheads' First Look: Watch Now!

Bailey Buntain, Emma Dumont, Julia Goldani Telles and Kaitlyn Jenkins bounce around the dance floor in this sneak peek for ABC Family’s newest show, Bunheads!

The new dance drama was developed by Gilmore Girls creator Amy Sherman-Palladino and is set to premiere on June 11th @ 9PM ET/PT.

Bunheads is about a Las Vegas showgirl (Sutton Foster) who impulsively marries a man and moves to his sleepy coastal town, and takes on an uneasy role at her new mother-in-law’s dance school.

“I spent 20 years of my life with my hair in a bun,” Amy says. “I was supposed to be a dancer. My mother was a dancer. So, while writing this will never equal playing Rumpelteazer in a bus and truck tour of Cats, it does let me to tip my hat to a really special time in my life.”

JJJ Fun fact: Bunheads was originally picked up as a cast-contingent pilot in fall 2010 with a different writer.
