Zac Efron greets a friend on his way into Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday afternoon (May 20).

The 24-year-old actor and his group of friends were there to check out the LA Kings playoff game against the Phoenix Coyotes.

Unfortunately, the Kings lost, 2-0.

Zac‘s upcoming film, The Paperboy, will be premiering at the 2012 Cannes Film Festival, which is currently in full swing! The flick will screen this coming Thursday (May 24).
