Demi Lovato shows off her bright blonde hair as she heads out of her hotel in New York City on Wednesday afternoon (May 23).
The 19-year-old musician was just named a judge for the 2012 season of X Factor and is hard at work on the show.

Awful awful hair colour for her and as for contestants being judged by her I think they would be quite insulted and if they even know who she is would think of her only as a Disney kid. Think they should have gone for another performer with a bit more experience and credibility.
