Robert Pattinson is all smiles as he passes by his fans in Cannes, France, on Thursday afternoon (May 24).

The 26-year-old actor joined his Cosmopolis costar Sarah Gadon for their appearance on Le Grand Journal during the 2012 Cannes Film Festival.

Rob told Metro France (via Movieline) that re-teaming with director David Cronenberg is in the cards.

“I don’t know when exactly we’re going to shoot. It will be David‘s first movie in America. In Los Angeles, to be exact,” he shared. “It will be about the film industry and I promise that it’s going to be really weird.”
