Lauren Alaina: City of Hope Softball Player

Earlier in the weekend, the 17-year-old musician hit the stage during the 2012 CMA Music Festival held at the LP Field.

Lauren recently chatted with Nashville.com about her Teen Choice Award noms.

“I am a big fan of the Teen Choice Awards and try to watch it every year,” Lauren shared. “I love that this is a show where teenagers can rally behind their favorites. I think it’s super cool that I am nominated. I would love to take home a surfboard!”
