Miley Cyrus sports a huge flannel shirt as she checks out of her hotel on Thursday afternoon in Miami, Fla.

The 19-year-old actress/musician took a quick trip with pal Cheyne Thomas to the coastal city for a studio session for her upcoming album.

Miley just scored a nomination at the 2012 Teen Choice Awards!

She’s up for Choice Movie Actress: Romance for her role in LOL. Also up for the honor are Meagan Good, Rachel McAdams, Taylor Schilling, and Kristen Stewart.
