Julianne Hough: Brunette Wig on 'Safe Haven' Set

Julianne Hough shows off her new darkened locks as she heads to the set of Safe Haven on Wednesday afternoon (June 20) in Wilmington, North Carolina.

The 23-year-old actress plays Katie Feldman in the Nicholas Sparks book based film.

The film centers on a young woman (Hough) with a dark past who arrives in a small North Carolina town, and reluctantly begins a relationship with a widowed store owner (Josh Duhamel) and his two children, and a friendship with her plainspoken neighbor.
