Lauren Conrad rocks an Isabel Marant red tie-dyed dress as she heads into the Kate Somerville Spa on Thursday afternoon (June 21) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 26-year-old author/designer recently chatted with FabSugar and shared some of her best trip packing tricks.

“I always pack the night before, so I always forget things,” Lauren shared.

She continued, “So now, I always have one bag that I keep that’s packed with [travel-size] essentials. It’s filled with everything, from safety pins to Tide sticks and Band-Aids. I just have it ready for me so I can just throw it in my bag at any time.”
