Meet the newest addition to the Duncan family on Good Luck Charlie — Toby Duncan!
The new baby joins big brothers PJ (Jason Dolley) and Gabe (Bradley Steven Perry) and sisters Teddy (Bridgit Mendler) and Charlie (Mia Talerico).
The month-long “name the baby” poll at DisneyChannel.com tallied over 25 million votes around the world. In a particularly competitive race, the name ‘Toby’ received the majority of the viewer votes, edging out Noah, Jonah, Bobby Jr., Bo, Sydney, Erika, Mallory, Talia and Jenny.

who plays toby anyway? that I ask myself doing away because I can not find it anywhere. but I love Charly and Toby. Season 3 has just been released in the Netherlands.because I live in the Netherlands.
