Victoria Justice keeps it cool at the premiere of the new concert film Katy Perry: Part of Me 3D held at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre on Tuesday (June 26) in Hollywood.
The 19-year-old actress wore a Betsey Johnson corset top with Rag and Bone jeans and L. A. M. B. shoes.
