Joe Jonas enjoys the beautiful weather while out and about on Monday (July 2) in New York City.
The 22-year-old musician kept his eyes glued to his iPhone as he walked around the Big Apple.

“Oh no.. The world is going crazy.. Instagram is down,” Joe tweeted.
The following day, he was happy to see that the app was working again and began uploading more pics!
