Jordin Sparks is beautiful in a little black dress as she attends the 2012 ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Music Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Friday (June 29) in Beverly Hills, California.

The 22-year-old actress/musician was all smiles as she posed for cameras on the red carpet before heading inside.
