The 14-year-old singer is usually seen sporting a huge smile, but in her new video she takes on a very serious subject: bullying.

Rachel wrote the song, which appears on her forthcoming self-titled EP, as a message for both victims of bullies and the perpetrators themselves.

Starting July 5, Rachel will join Big Time Rush and Aussie heartthrob Cody Simpson on tour, which kicks off in Ohio.
