Justin Bieber is a speedster! The 18-year-old singer was pulled over in his chrome Fisker Karma by police on Friday (July 6) in Studio City, Calif.

Justin said he was trying to ditch paparazzi who were on his tail, reports ABC News affiliate KABC.
His manager Scooter Braun told TMZ that the photogs didn’t give up after the ticketing and Justin wound up calling 911.
