Stella Isn’t 9. She’s a 16 year old girl. She will be 17 in November. On November 13th exactly. It’s summer. And She’s tiny enough (skinny and healthy) to wear those shorts. She also likes to wear longer tops with short shorts. She’s just chilling with her sister and her bf.
