Justin Bieber shows a very special lady some love during Universal Music Group’s press conference held at the Trader’s Hotel on Saturday (July 14) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The 18-year-old heartthrob decided to invite one of his staff members on stage and ended up giving her a big birthday smooch!
