Miley Cyrus wears a pair of hot, printed shorts while out shopping in New York City on Monday (July 23).
The 19-year-old actress/singer stopped into a shop for a bit of retail therapy, where she browsed the racks and picked up a few pairs of new heels.

Miley was a winner at the 2012 Teen Choice Awards over the weekend but couldn’t make the show, as she’s in another state.
“So sad I wasnr able to be at TCA tonight! My fans are amazing! Thank you beyond! TCA is my favorite cause it comes from y’all :) I love u,” she wrote on Twitter.

That said I think Miley looks up to her as well. But Miley when Dolly said she wanted to dress like a streetwalker she actually brought class to it. Please go your own path. Dolly is far above your reach. You can be your own person.

Miley is really interesting! I am not a huge fan of her but I do actually feel confused about her boobs. I spotted her in unusually busty and beautiful in a vide clip. She is showing off her body.
