Grace Phipps: 'The Vampire Diaries' Newest Character!

Grace Phipps is all smiles while taking a break from reading “The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy” to answer her phone on Monday (July 23) in Los Angeles.

The 20-year-old actress enjoyed her afternoon in Larchmont Village by taking a stroll and was even spotted playing with someone’s pet Yorkie while she was walking around.

This fall, Grace will be starring on The Vampire Diaries as April, a girl who returns to Mystic Falls post-private school after a loss in her family.
