Bella Thorne joins boyfriend Tristan Klier on the blue carpet as they arrive at the 2012 Oceana SeaChange Party held at a private residence on Sunday evening (July 29) in Laguna Beach, Calif.

SeaChange is a fun and sophisticated star-studded affair and celebrates Ocean Champions, Michael and Tricia Berns as well as South Coast Plaza, for their extraordinary support. Ocean Hero Junior finalist Sam Harris, age 7, will also be applauded for his work to save sharks.
