Show creator I. Marlene King tweeted a few spoilers for the upcoming episodes, including the summer finale and Halloween episode.

She revealed that Toby (Allen) would be in costume for the holiday episode and that it will be “pretty damn [m]ind blowing and riveting and stellar and epic and kick a– fun and did I say Absolutely Awesome!!!!!!”
