Debby Ryan pulls on a stylish hat for Seventeen Magazine‘s September Issue Celebration held at the W Hotel Westwood on Thursday (August 2) in Westwood, Calif.

The 18-year-old actress was joined by ABC Family stars India de Beaufort and Cierra Ramirez to celebrate the September 2012 fall fashion issue.

Debby will be heading to Chicago next month for a fun meet and greet.

She’ll be stopping by the Naperville Last Fling, a Heritage Festival celebrating the end of Summer in the West Chicago Suburbs. Check out the event on Facebook!
