Miley Cyrus wears her hair up in a messy bun as she takes her adorable pet pooch Happy out for a walk on Tuesday (August 7) in Philadelphia, Penn.
The 19-year-old entertainer was all smiles as she sipped on an ice cold drink and enjoyed her afternoon stroll.
