Julianne Hough shows off her new shorter locks while out at The Grove with a gal pal in Los Angeles on Monday afternoon (August 27).

Earlier last week, the 23-year-old actress caught up with Chelsie Hightower and Karina Smirnoff at the Greek Theatre, who both are dancing on Dancing With the Stars: All Stars.

“We’re stealing her old partners ;) @ The Greek Theatre,” Chelsie tweeted along with a cute pic of Julianne with a pouty face.
